Ellie Spaces™ Service

We provide a warranty with every new product purchase that protects it against defects in material and workmanship under typical consumer use for the duration permitted beginning on the date of the original purchase. The coverage is offered in two warranty durations:

30-DAY WARRANTY:

If the Product develops a defect as a result of our fault during this warranty term, we will either replace the defective Product with a new one or reimburse the entire purchase price, to the extent permitted by our policy. Your items won’t even need to be RETURNED to us, which will save you money and valuable time.
Notes: The warranty coverage may only be used once per order.

CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

You can contact  support@elliespaces.com via email to modify or cancel your order.
Order changes and cancellations are only accepted from 02 to 05 hours after the order is placed. After that, the order becomes locked for processing and cannot be canceled.
The production time is increased by one or two days for orders involving alterations.

WORN OUT ITEMS

Please email support@elliespaces.com if your shipment never arrived, was shipped incorrectly, or was damaged.
We’re ready to help out when needed.

We’re going to:
